I offer a mix of in-person fitness training and online fitness training programs. In person, the session is always tailored to the client’s specific history, goals, and lifestyle context. The online fitness programs match a broad range of fitness levels.

Getting started is simple. If you are interested in in-person fitness training, navigate to the Services + Contact page and fill out the two required forms. Once you fill out those forms, I will be in contact with you shortly to discuss what our first session will look like.

As a cardiac arrest survivor, I know the difficulties that life presents when you are on your way to reaching a threshold you’ve set. I gather all the necessary context, choose difficult but doable exercises, and am always adjusting my programming to be of great service to the client. I’ve trained individuals, small groups, large groups, and a wide range of diverse populations, which gives me the confidence to craft an experience tailored to anyone committed to training.
